DJ Wafflz (Andrew Propst) has over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial real asset management, alongside more than 30 years as a skilled DJ and percussionist. Andy retired in 2023 as the CEO of HomeRiver Group (the parent company of HomeRiver Group® Boise) and as a Business Developer for Park Place, a Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC®), in Boise, Idaho. Throughout his career, Andy has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to delivering first-class results for clients while consistently improving efficiencies and operations across his companies. With a keen focus on industry knowledge and emerging technology, he has obtained four of the leading real estate industry designations: Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), Master Property Manager® (MPM®), Residential Management Professional® (RMP®) from the National Association of Residential Property Managers® (NARPM®), and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM®) from the CCIM Institute.

In addition to his corporate leadership, Andy has been deeply involved in the music and entertainment industry as a DJ and percussionist since 1991. His passion for music has led him to perform at a wide range of events, including weddings, raves, school dances, church functions, conventions, corporate gatherings, and private parties. Now, as he transitions into DJing full-time, Andy brings the same level of professionalism, strategic planning, and high-energy execution that has defined his real estate career to the world of live entertainment.

Volunteerism has been a cornerstone of Andy’s professional journey. He has dedicated years of service to the National Board of Directors of NARPM®, holding roles including Regional Vice President, National Treasurer, National President-Elect, and ultimately National President in 2015. Currently, Andy serves as Immediate Past President of NARPM®, continuing to offer guidance and expertise to the Board of Directors. His commitment to giving back extends to other local and national real estate organizations, where he shares his knowledge to help shape the future of the industry.

Andy has also ventured into the world of film production, serving as Associate Producer of The Saratov Approach. In this role, he contributed to funding, writing, promoting, and delivering a national theatrical release of the full-length motion picture, which garnered multiple awards and achieved an impressive investor return exceeding 1,000% IRR.
